Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and other factors. All orders are fulfilled by Printful and shipped from one of their warehouses based on proximity to customer. Fighters Heritage™ is not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by the shipping carrier or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Fighters Heritage™ currently ships to the United States. International shipping may be added at a later time.
Live shipping rates are determined by based on the size and weight of the shipment. At checkout, customers will see the available shipping options for their particular area. Keep in mind that all carriers require phone numbers for Express delivery. If a customer chooses Express shipping, be sure to ask for their phone number in advance to avoid shipment holds.
Order processing time can vary based on the product selected. Because Fighters Heritage™ uses DTG (Direct to Garment) printing and/or embroidery, processing times will generally run between 5-7 days but can be longer depending on the product selected. Please be aware that we are still a growing business that utilizes print-on-demand techniques to keep costs down while we grow the brand, and thus, processing and shipping times can slightly longer than more established brands.
We want to make sure you love your apparel as much as we do so if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in....we will not accept shirts that have been worn, washed, etc.
All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. Again, ll returns must be returned in the original condition in which you received them. We will not accept any items that have been worn, washed, etc.
